COPPA LAWS.

Everyone should follow these rules. They aren't the forum rules. But the Federal Law.
COPPA stands for Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act. This applies to everyone UNDER 13.
Though no one should do this.
The rules are-
1. Post their age ANYWHERE on the forum or chat (Just a suggestion...)
2. Post their locations-cities towns etc (states are fine)
3. Post their school name
4. Post their real last name
5. Post ANY form of personal information at all
6. Post pics or links to pictures of themselves on the forum or in chat
